I am a self-driven UX/product designer based in New York City, with over 11 years of experience in tech. I am a huge advocate for user-centered design across all products and experiences, whether physical or digital.
Currently, I’m a Senior Product Design Manager at Wayfair. Previously, I worked at Capsule, a digital pharmacy startup based in NYC. And prior to that, I led the UX team at Genuine, a full-service digital agency under IPG. Born and raised in Hong Kong and transplanted to the other side of the world, I am excited about continuing on this journey of making an impact through solving complex problems for humans around the globe.
I love learning as much as I love helping other people fulfill their dreams. My mentors throughout the years have heavily influenced the path that I have embarked on — I want to provide my team with guidance and encouragement to empower them through their own journeys.
I strongly believe that real empathy is the key to breaking down walls and barriers, and am passionate about bringing together people and the world around them. My mission: fusing form and function; simplifying life through beautiful, seamless, and intuitive designs.
